To secure booking full payment including bond must be made at time of booking. Payment can be made online in our booking system, by bank card by phone to Dwellingup Adventures 95381127 or deposited via EFT.

Bond: A bond amount of $200.00 is required. This amount will be refunded after inspection of premises after vacation.
Cancellation: All cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancelled bookings will receive a full refund if cancelled prior to 4 weeks from date and time of organized key collection.
Cancelled bookings will receive a 50% refund prior to 1 week from date and time of organized key collection.
Cancelled bookings will receive no refund less than 1 week from date and time of organized key collection. Note special conditions apply for cancellations due to Covid-19. Please see our general Cancellation policy in FAQs.

House Facilities

Heating and Cooling           

There is a slow combustion stove downstairs for cooler months. Wood is supplied. When lit the heat travels up the stairwell and warms the bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a reverse cycle air conditioning unit for extra warmth and cooling. The downstairs area remains cool and comfortable during the milder summer days. Some electric fans are available for very warm days.

Bedrooms:   

Room 1 has a queen bed and built-in robe;

Room 2 has a double bed with walk-in robe. 

Room 3 has 1 king single, 1 single, 1 set of bunk beds and a cot with a built-in robe. 

Beds have donnas with all bed linen supplied.

Bathroom:     

Contains an enclosed combination bath shower with toilet. All bathroom linen is supplied.

Kitchen:          

Electric stove, microwave, fridge, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine. Some pods are supplied. All kitchen linen is supplied. Very limited kitchen consumables are supplied, please bring your own milk if needed.

Laundry:        

Washing machine and outside fold away line is provided. Pegs and laundry powder are provided. There is a downstairs separate toilet in laundry area. Extra laundry facilities including dryer are available at Waypoints Café, Tours and Retail.

Living:   

Satellite TV, DVD/CD player and Bluetooth speaker in lounge area with comfortable lounges. Wi-Fi is available. The dining area has a 6-seater setting.

Areas:        

There is a 3-seater by 2-seater sofa in family area. Board games and range of toys and books are supplied.

Outdoor:       

A 6-seater outdoor setting with a gas BBQ is located under a covered patio area.

Area:

A small, grassed area alongside is suitable for children playing on. The property is fully fenced with well-maintained gardens There is an undercover car port with a wide verge suitable for extra parking.

Pets & Smoking

This is a non-smoking house and pets are not permitted.

Guests receive 10% discount on all Dwellingup Adventures hire equipment and tours during their stay.
